Full Service Design
& Project Management
CURRENTLY BOOKING FOR FALL 2025 PROJECT START DATES
With my Full Service Design, my team and I handle everything from start to finish. This service starts with a flat-fee initial in-home consultation where we define your design style and wishes and uncover more about the project. In this package I provide: full design concepts, space planning, 3D renderings, paint selections, furniture, lighting, art, accessories, fabrication of custom window treatments, custom furniture and carpentry. I source furniture and decor from to-the-trade vendors and custom workrooms to find the perfectly created look for your space.
Once the design is presented and approved, we will get to work executing it for a turn key, white glove experience. Design services are priced flat fee while project management is priced hourly.
Designer On Deck
A professional-by-your-side when you need one the most. From recommendations on your floor plans to sourcing your final selections and finishes, I’ll assist you in achieving a cohesive look and well-put together design.
Designer On Deck services start at $3,000 per room with a current minimum investment at $8,500 per room.
2nd Home or Investment Property:
Renovation, Staging
& Management
Do you have an investment property in New York City that needs some attention? Do you need your property to make a great first impression on walk-throughs to prospective tenants or Airbnb guests? I have experience in all of this. I work with clients to stage properties for the rental market as well as those decorating their investment properties. My team will schedule and track maintenance issues; supervise quality repair and renovation work; serve as a local emergency contact for property issues; and more. This service is priced by project.
Paint Color &
Finish Consultation
If you struggle with finding the right colors for your walls or creating a comprehensive color palette that makes sense in your space, I can help you create a refined color palette to make your house feel more like a home. I’ll bring professional color swatches and a wealth of color knowledge so you know you’re getting the right paint palette - the first time.
Paint Color & Finish Consultation services start at $375 for 3 spaces.
Designer For A Day
You’ll get 4 hours of in-person, hands-on design and styling time to work on one room or small parts of several rooms. You’ll get suggestions for what to keep or toss; re-styling with what you have and sourcing suggestions for new items.
The Designer for A Day service is priced at $850.
